Separate the onion rings.
In a bowl mix the salt, ground bread, the royal and the flour. separate this mixture in 2. To the first part of the mixture leave it like that, to the other one beat the egg and the milk.
Dip all the onion rings first for the mixture that has no egg and then for the egg.
Fry them in the oil.
