Preparation
Cut the onion into julienne, which is not too thin or too thick.
Heat oil in pan and fry the onion (enough oil to cook the onion but not too much, you can remove the excess when the onion is already cooked).
Once the onion is sharp, cook the pieces of liver inside the pan and season with lemon, salt, pepper, maggi juice and English sauce.
Let cook and serve.
