Ingredients

  • 1 Portobello mushroom
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 branch basil
  • to taste onion
  • to taste garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 grams cheese

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the portobello, tomato, and basil.
Cut the stem of the Portobello into squares, like the tomato, and fry it with olive oil, add the basil, onion and garlic, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste.
