Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 portobello mushroom
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 branch basil
  • onion
  • garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 grams cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the portobello, tomato, and basil.
Cut the stem of the Portobello into squares, like the tomato, and fry it with olive oil, add the basil, onion and garlic, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the portobello with the mixture you made with the previous ingredients.
Grate the cheese on top of the portobello.
Put it in the electric oven for about 10 or 15 minutes so that the portobello is sewn and the cheese melts.
