Try this delicious option of quinoa and beet burgers. They are perfect to increase the consumption of vegetables in your diet in a way full of flavor and color. Prepare them for your family, they will love them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup quinoa, Cooked
  • 1 potato, cooked and peeled
  • 1 beet, cooked and grated
  • 3/4 cups spinach, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups oats, in flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, ground
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mash the potatoes to create a puree and add all the ingredients except olive oil.
Create the burgers with the previous mixture and place them on a tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan and add the olive acceite, fry the burgers until golden brown.
Serves hot.

TIPS

You can accompany them with hamburger bread and a yoghurt dressing with cucumber.
