Ingredients

  • 1 kilo romeritos
  • 1/2 kilos poblano mole sauce
  • 15 nopales, in cubes
  • 40 potato cambray

Preparation

Cook nopales, chips and romeritos separately, in boiling salted water.
In a clay pot, season the mole and leave it a little liquid. It incorporates all the ingredients.
