Ingredients: 350 grams puff pastry; 2 bunches spinach, clean and stemless; 100 grams button mushrooms, washed and sliced; 1/2 onions, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, chopped; 150 grams Manchego cheese, or grated Parmesan; olive oil; salt , and pepper to taste; 1 handful flour

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it is half a cm thick. Use it to cover the pie mold and trim the edges. Keep it in the refrigerator while the filling is ready.
