Place the sour cream, cream cheese, spinach, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix very well and finally add slices of butter. Cover with plastic wrap and make small holes. Once the creamed spinach is ready, cook in the microwave for 6 minutes. Serve the creamed spinach hot and accompany with sliced baguette; you will love it!
