Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes, orange
  • 300 grams bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • 2 liters Water
  • 50 grams butter
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 100 milliliters cream
  • 20 grams salt
  • 5 grams black pepper

Preparation

Cook the sweet potato with everything and shell in the water, it must be well cooked, remove the shell and grind it.
Heat a pan and add the butter, then add the processed sweet potato and give consistency with the milk and cream. Lower the temperature and season with the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
To serve: place the puree in a refractory, cover it with the fried bacon .
