Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 yellow sweet potatoes
  • 1 leave wax paper
  • 10 twigs chives
  • 1 branch fresh rosemary
  • 2 lemon, real
  • 4 branches fresh thyme
  • 1 pinch McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and cover a glass refractory with waxed paper.
Wash the sweet potatoes, cut in half and obtain thin slices.
Chop the chives, remove the rosemary and slice one of the lemons.
Distribute the sweet potato and lemon slices inside the refractory.
Squeeze over the juice of the other lemon and add the chives, rosemary and thyme.
Sprinkle the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the olive oil over the sweet potato, close the waxed paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot or lukewarm.
