A recipe that is very easy, healthy and very rich. The pumpkin quiche is a perfect preparation for dinner, since it is a complete dish, product of the egg mixture with pumpkins, onions, cream and cheese. Ideal to accustom people who do not eat vegetables begin to consume them. Try it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 zucchini
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Double cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

Preparation

Grate the zucchini, place a little salt to help remove water. Squeeze them with a cloth.
Place them in a bowl and mix with eggs, cheese, garlic powder, onion and cream. Salt pepper.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 180oC.

PRESENTATION

It presents on each plate a generous slice accompanied by a delicious salad of green leaves.

TIPS

A good wine or a water of your favorite flavor are the ideal complement.
