The ratatouille is a typical French recipe, this time prepare it with mushrooms. It is ideal for vegetarians as a main course but you can also serve it as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, cut in half moons
  • 3 tomatoes, without skin and cut into squares
  • 2 pumpkins, cut into slices
  • 2 red peppers, cut into slices
  • 1 eggplant, cut into slices
  • aromatic herbs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olive oils
  • 200 mushrooms, cut in 4

Preparation

Put oil in a pan, then toss the eggplant, peppers, pumpkin, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Add garlic, onion and herbs of smell.
Leave until the vegetables are cooked.

PRESENTATION

You can sprinkle chopped parsley.
