These jalapeño peppers in vinegar are delicious to accompany any dish or toast and are very easy to prepare. Do not stay without trying them.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2 onions, slices
  • 6 carrots, slices
  • 1 kilo jalapeno pepper, cut into slices
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 jicama, cut into strips
  • 300 milliliters vinegar
  • 900 milliliters Water
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste bay (laurel)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Fry the onion, carrots and chiles in a skillet over medium heat. For about 3 minutes.
Add cauliflower and jicama, mix well.
Add the spices, garlic, vinegar and water. Season to taste.
Let all the preparation boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany any Mexican food.

TIPS

The chilies can be deveined, if they do not want it to be very spicy.
