Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 box of wild rice pre-cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1/3 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 1/3 of Cup of cranberry dehydrated
  • 1 Cup of green bean cut

    Preparation

    In a medium-sized pot, mix the rice, the chicken broth and the vegetables, let it boil.
    Cover, reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes or until rice is ready.
    Remove from heat, add nuts and cranberries and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve next to a chicken or meat.

    TIPS

    If the rice is not ready yet and it has no broth, add a little water.
