A rich wild rice with green beans and dehydrated cranberries. This wild rice is a different and delicious dish; high in fiber and with a unique flavor. It is perfect as a side dish of several dishes based on chicken, meat or fish. Do not wait any longer and prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 box wild rice, pre-cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/3 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/3 cups cranberry , dehydrated
  • 1 cup green bean, cut

Preparation

In a medium-sized pot, mix the rice, the chicken broth and the vegetables, let it boil.
Cover, reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes or until rice is ready.
Remove from heat, add nuts and cranberries and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve next to a chicken or meat.

TIPS

If the rice is not ready yet and it has no broth, add a little water.
