Preheat the oven to 180° C. Add sliced onion in a deep bowl, alternating with cubed zucchini and cherry tomatoes, add a little oil to help with cooking and the Natural Tomato Puree from El Fuerte®, add the spices, mix, and season. Bake for 15 minutes covered with aluminum foil until the zucchini is tender.
