Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, without shell; 1/4 onions; 2 cuaresmeño chiles, without seeds or stem; 2 cups cream cheese, in cubes; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded; 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded; 1 tablespoon cornstarch; 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 1/3 cups whole milk; 1/2 cups Hunt's® Bravas Wings Spicy Sauce; cheese flavored corn chips, for serving; crudité, for serving

Roast the garlic, onion, and cuaresmeño peppers on a griddle over medium heat until they change color, stirring constantly for even cooking. Once ready, remove from heat and set aside. Process the peppers, onion, and garlic in a bowl using an immersion blender, then add the cream cheese and continue processing until lumps are removed. Mix the mozzarella cheese with the manchego cheese and cornstarch until well combined.
