Preparation
In the butter the onion, garlic, celery and pore are smoked. Then the carrots are added and a few minutes are left. Add the chopped almonds, the chicken broth, the wine and cover. It is left until the vegetables are cooked.
It is passed to the blender and grinds well.
Return to the pot and add the cream. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
The soup is served with sliced almonds.
