This cream of carrots with almonds is delicious and very simple to prepare.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup leek, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 branches celery, chopped
  • 1/2 kilos carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 bars butter
  • 150 grams almond, peeled
  • 6 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups white wine, (optional)
  • almonds, filleted to decorate

Preparation

In the butter the onion, garlic, celery and pore are smoked. Then the carrots are added and a few minutes are left. Add the chopped almonds, the chicken broth, the wine and cover. It is left until the vegetables are cooked.
It is passed to the blender and grinds well.
Return to the pot and add the cream. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
The soup is served with sliced ​​almonds.

regular La hice y sin agregar sal, quedo muy especiada, o salada, creo que la cantidad de caldo de pollo debe ser rectificada, o solo agua y agregar sal y pimienta.
