Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups bean, Cooked
  • 1 leave epazote
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or corn oil
  • 1 cup lactose free milk, Lala Vital Man
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, Lala in bar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, LALA
  • 3 corn tortillas

Preparation

In a frying pan with oil cook the garlic and onion until they become transparent. Add the beans, the epazote and keep them on fire for five more minutes.
When they are cold, crush in a blender along with the glass of milk. Strain and reserve.
Put the butter in the pan, add the flour and stir without stopping. Add the mixture that you liquefied and keep stirring without forming lumps; until it boils. It must be thick.
Cut the tortillas into strips and fry them. Drain the excess fat and reserve.

PRESENTATION

The cream is served in a deep dish. Decorate with a small strip of fried tortilla strips in the center and with a circular lines of Lala ® acid cream.

TIPS

Try to give a different touch by replacing the epazote with rosemary, thyme or fennel.

se muy rica la voy hacer lo bueno que pusieron con que sustituir el epazote por que a veces no lo encuentro
