Preparation
In a frying pan with oil cook the garlic and onion until they become transparent. Add the beans, the epazote and keep them on fire for five more minutes.
When they are cold, crush in a blender along with the glass of milk. Strain and reserve.
Put the butter in the pan, add the flour and stir without stopping. Add the mixture that you liquefied and keep stirring without forming lumps; until it boils. It must be thick.
Cut the tortillas into strips and fry them. Drain the excess fat and reserve.
