Ingredients: 3 cups beans, cooked; 1 leaf epazote; 1/2 white onions; 1 garlic; 2 tablespoons olive oil, or corn oil; 1 cup lactose-free milk, Lala Vital Hombre; 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, Lala in stick; 1 tablespoon flour; 1/2 cups sour cream, LALA; 3 corn tortillas

In a pan with oil, cook the garlic and onion until they become transparent. Add the beans, epazote, and keep them on the heat for five more minutes. When cool, blend in a blender along with the glass of milk. Strain and set aside.
