The black beans are typical of Mexican food, especially from the Veracruz region. A bean soup is an ideal way to start a meal.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tomatoes, medium
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic, boy
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • 2 tablespoons chicken consommé
  • 3 cups black bean, Cooked
  • 6 cups cooked bean soup
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • panela cheese, diced (to serve)

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Strain and sauté with the corn oil until well seasoned. Add the ground beans with their broth, the chicken powder and salt to taste.
Let it boil on low heat for 10 minutes and serve accompanied by the squares of panela cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a little thick cream and squares of panela cheese.

en venezuela se come mucho granos negros y se les llama caraotas como los granos negros tienen sabor algo fuerte la prepararía con caraotas/ frijol rojo o rosados
