Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups chickpea, soaked in water for 1 day and drained
  • 1 cup green bean, cleansed
  • 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 clove garlic, whole peeled
  • 1/4 onions
  • 5 cups chicken soup
  • 2 branches parsley, washed and disinfected
  • 1 branch celery
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, milled

Preparation

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the chickpeas, green beans, carrot, garlic, onion and celery. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, the parsley and cook for 30 minutes or until the chickpeas are well cooked. Move from time to time Salt pepper

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and accompany with lemon.

TIPS

Try to soak the chickpeas very well, so your cooking will be faster.

Excelente, solo le quitaria tamañp a las ramas de apio solo para hacerlo mas delicado pero se ve delicioso.
