Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 cups of chickpea soaked in water for 1 day and drained
  • 1 Cup of green bean cleansed
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 clove of garlic whole peeled
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 5 cups of chicken soup
  • 2 branches of parsley washed and disinfected
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 2 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper milled

    Preparation

    Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the chickpeas, green beans, carrot, garlic, onion and celery. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add the chicken broth, the parsley and cook for 30 minutes or until the chickpeas are well cooked. Move from time to time Salt pepper

    PRESENTATION

    Excelente, solo le quitaria tamañp a las ramas de apio solo para hacerlo mas delicado pero se ve delicioso.
