For a craving on a rainy and fresh day, a good Chinese chicken soup will comfort you. It is also quick and easy to do.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 package of noodle pasta Chinese
  • 2 branches of celery
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 chicken soup
  • 1/2 chicken breast shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

    Preparation

    Put a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion over low heat.
    Then add the half cup of soy sauce, the chicken stock, the chopped celery, the Chinese noodle and the shredded chicken.
    Boil for 10 minutes, turn off and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    You can present it with or without broth, with a few drops of lemon and chopsticks.

    TIPS

    Remember to pre-heat the broth in the microwave. Do not add salt because soy already has enough. Substitute chicken for shrimp, pork or beef.
