Ingredients: 2 tablespoons lard; 1 onion, finely chopped; 3 Poblano chiles, seedless, finely chopped; 3 tomatoes, peeled, seedless, and finely chopped; 250 grams dried meat, machaca; 2 liters water; 6 potatoes, peeled and diced; 2 cloves garlic; 1 tablespoon cilantro seeds; 1 tablespoon masa dough; 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped; salt; 8 eggs

In hot lard, sauté the onion and chili. Then add the tomato, the machaca, season, and fry. Add the water, potatoes, crushed garlic, and cilantro. Let it simmer on low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
