Homemade Machaca Caldillo

Caldillo rico machaca very nutritious because it is rich in all kinds of nutrients thanks to the variety of ingredients it contains.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 poblano peppers, without seeds, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 250 grams dried meat, machaca
  • 2 liters Water
  • 6 potatoes, peeled cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seed
  • 1 tablespoon tortilla dough
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • 8 eggs

Preparation

Heat the onion and chili in the hot butter. Then add the tomato, crush it, season and sauté.
Add the water, the potatoes, the garlic, the cilantro. Leave on low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
The eggs are broken in a separate dish and one by one they are thrown into the caldillo carefully. They are left to cook to taste and serve immediately.
