Homemade Machaca Caldillo

Caldillo rico machaca very nutritious because it is rich in all kinds of nutrients thanks to the variety of ingredients it contains.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of shortening
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 poblano peppers without seeds, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 250 grams of dried meat machaca
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 6 potatoes peeled cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander seed
  • 1 tablespoon of dough for tortillas
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander chopped
  • to taste of Salt
  • 8 eggs

    Preparation

    Heat the onion and chili in the hot butter. Then add the tomato, crush it, season and sauté.
    Add the water, the potatoes, the garlic, the cilantro. Leave on low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
    The eggs are broken in a separate dish and one by one they are thrown into the caldillo carefully. They are left to cook to taste and serve immediately.
