Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup neck of beef, chopped
  • 1 cup sirloin steak, cut into small squares
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions, girl, slice
  • 1/2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 twig thyme
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation
