Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup neck of beef, chopped
  • 1 cup rump steak, cut into small squares
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions, girl, slice
  • 1/2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 twig thyme
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomtato, boy, party in four (optional)

Preparation

In a glass jar with lid, with a capacity of 1 liter. Add the meat and all the ingredients. Cover well.
Put the jar in a water bath for 1 1/2 hours until the meat releases all the juice.
Strain and serve immediately.
