Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 1/2 cabbages, green filleted
  • 180 grams Turkey breast, in cubes
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons chicken consommé
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/3 onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Spray a pot with two shots of PAM® Butter and cook the onion, garlic and cabbage until transparent, re-spray with two more shots of PAM® Butter and keep moving.
Add previously warm milk, and water, season with chicken broth, salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Add the turkey breast into cubes and let it cook over low heat. Serve hot.

TIPS

It is important to warm the milk and water, so that it is not cut when mixing the ingredients.
