This soup is the basis of the "Cabbage Soup Diet" with it one can lose up to 4 kilos in just 7 days of the diet. This soup can be eaten in the desired quantities during the 7 days accompanied by the daily menu.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 heads cabbage
  • 6 onions, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cans tomtato
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 100 grams mushroom, chopped
  • 4 branches celery
  • 4 tablespoons chicken broth powder
  • 1 can vegetable juice
  • to taste garlic, in pieces

Preparation

In a large pot with 1 tablespoon of oil brown the onion for 5 minutes.
Add all the containers to the pot (all the vegetables in cubes).
Add 12 cups of water and boil for 1 hour or until the cabbage is very tender.

PRESENTATION

At the time of eating you can season the soup with tabasco, English sauce and lemon.
