Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups celery
  • 1/4 bars butter
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups spring onion
  • 6 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Preparation

Peel the celery if necessary and chop, including some leaves. Chop the Cambray onions and also the green part.
Melt the butter and season the celery, onion and onions for 10 minutes. Add the broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and let it cook in soft fire for 40 minutes.
