Mix in a small bowl the lemon zest, ginger, and cilantro. Add the lemon juice. In a large pot over medium heat, heat the chicken broth until boiling. Add the lemon juice mixture, noodles, chili, and chicken. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
