Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 2 garlic; 1/2 cups onion, in medium squares; 1/2 cups leek, in slices; 1/2 cups celery, in slices; 1 tablespoon flour; 1 liter chicken broth; 1/2 cups Gouda cheese, grated; 1/2 cups cream cheese, in small cubes; salt; pepper; grapes, halved, for decoration

In a pot, heat the butter and add the onion, garlic, leek, celery, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until they change color, add the flour, let it brown a bit, and add the chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside. Blend the previous mixture for 5 minutes and return to the heat. Add the gouda cheese and cream cheese. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat until the cheese is fully integrated, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
