Delicious pore cream and potato with a very smooth consistency and unique flavor. This hot soup is an excellent option to prepare at home or if you have an important event in which you want to offer something different since it is very simple and you will not have to invest a lot of time in cooking a spectacular menu.

6 portions
  • 1 liter Water
  • 4 leeks
  • 5 potatoes, medium
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


In a large saucepan put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the pores cut into pieces and including a little of the green part. Cook for 5 minutes moving.
Then add the water and the potatoes that we previously peel and cut into pieces. Cook for an hour until the vegetables are soft and add salt.
Let cool a little and liquefy the vegetables with the hot milk, adding a little of the liquid in which the vegetables were cooked until they have the desired consistency.


You can decorate each plate with a teaspoon of thick cream and strips of green part of the pore.


You can put broth of meat or chicken instead of salt to give it a special flavor.

A través de iOS Deli, yo la modifique un poco le puse el tocino bien Dorado y unos pollos que tenía picosos de Tucson que tenía los dore y los corte en cuadros quedo deliii

Con tocino y queso. Hice la rica crema pero le agrege un poco de tocino picado y frito, asi como un poco de carne al pastor que tenia disponible, y a la hora de servir le puse un poco de crema acida en un lado con un poco de pimienta y queso parmesano, les encanto a todos y ahora no paran de pedir que haga mas crema.
