Bean Cream with Chipotle

Do not miss this classic of Mexican cuisine, delicious and smooth bean cream with a touch of chipotle that gives the perfect itch, also accompanied by fried tortilla, cheese and cubes of avocado. Spectacular!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of bean from the pot, cooked with broth
  • 1/8 of piece of onion
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1 branch of epazote
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 pieces of marinated chipotle chile
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 Cup of tortilla fried in strips, to accompany
  • 1 Cup of Panela cheese in cubes, to accompany
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices, to accompany
  • 4 leaves of epazote fresh, to accompany

    Preparation

    For the cream, blend the beans with the onion, garlic, epazote, cream, milk and chipotle in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender with the "soup" function, for 10 seconds or until obtaining the desired mix.
    Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, add the cream and let it boil, lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt.
    Serve the cream and company with fried tortilla, panela cheese, avocado and fresh epazote.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the cream with fried tortilla, cream, fresh cheese and avocado.

    TIPS

    You can use black or white beans, depending on which ones you like the most.
