We present a delicious Cauliflower Cream for constipation, it is a simple and nutritious recipe, where thanks to the use of almond milk and cauliflower, you will have the calcium and fiber you need.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/4 of piece of cauliflower
  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of flour
  • 1 pinch of Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
    Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® vaporizer (up to the line). Place the base of the vaporizer. Put the cauliflower in the basket and place it on the base of the vaporizer. Close the vaporizer lid and press the power button. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Transfer the cauliflower to the Evenflo Advance® blender container, add the almond milk and the butter. Turn the base of the blender. Place the container of the blender and turn it in the sense of the hands of the clock. Press the power button and blend for 1 minute.
    Place the mixture in a pot, stir and once it is hot, add little by little and continue to move the flour, to thicken the mixture. Add salt and pepper.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a bowl.

    TIPS

    You can substitute almond milk for soy milk.
