You only have to liquefy all the ingredients to obtain a delicious homemade cream of zucchini and mushrooms that you can eat any day of the week.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® beef broth
  • 4 zucchini, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups mushroom, clean, cut in half
  • 5 cups skim milk
  • 1 Chile de árbol pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 white onion, cut into large boxes

Preparation

Sauté the onion in the oil until it is nicely fried. Add the zucchini and stir for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and chili, cook for 5 minutes.
Blend the mixture of vegetables with milk very well. Strain if you wish. Return to the fire, dissolve the Knorr® Sabor Res Broth and boil for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
Serve hot.
