Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of Elote with Rajas Poblanas "La Huerta"
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/4 of onion chopped
  • 50 grams of pork rind
  • 120 grams of Panela cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of chicken consommé
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Thaw Elote with Rajas Poblanas "La Huerta" in the microwave.
Blend the Elote with Rajas Poblanas "La Huerta", the milk and the pork rind, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Chop the onion.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, sauté the onion and add the blender mixture, boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut the panela cheese.
Serve the hot cream in bowls and add the cubes of panela cheese before serving.
