Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Broth granulated
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond
  • 1/4 of Cup of hazelnut peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 Cup of onion in medium squares
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 teaspoons of Margarine Primavera® Chantilly
  • 2 cups of skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat melt the margarine Primavera Chantilly® without salt and season the onion and garlic.
    Add the nuts and integrate well with the onion and garlic. Cook for a few seconds stirring constantly. Remove from the fire.
    Blend perfectly the contents of the pot with the milk, return to the pot over medium-low heat.
    Add and dissolve the spoonful of Knorr® Res flavor broth and the nutmeg powder.
    Dissolve Maizena® corn starch in the water, pour it and integrate it into the cream. Let boil to thicken. Remove from heat and serve hot.
