Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 cups green bean
  • 1 1/2 cups almond, filleted and toasted
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • salt
  • pepper
  • almond, to decorate
  • chives, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a pot and melt the butter, add the onion, garlic, green beans and almonds; sauté for a few minutes; then add the chicken broth and cream; Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7 minutes.
Blend the above for 7 minutes and return to the saucepan; cook for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Besides, cook the mushrooms in a pan with butter, season with salt and fry for 5 minutes. Reservation.
Serve the soup hot, garnish with mushrooms, chives and sliced almonds.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with mushrooms, almonds, chives and serve with bread.

TIPS

Thoroughly grind the soup to avoid a lumpy texture; if you want to lighten the soup, add more liquid.
