Heat a pot with oil over medium heat and cook the onion, garlic, dry tree chili, epazote and pumpkin flower.
Add milk and whipping cream. Cook about 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Chill and blend with the chicken broth.
Melt the butter in the same pot, and pour the pumpkin flower cream, season with salt and pepper, let cook for 10 minutes more or until thicken.
Serve with small squares of panela cheese and decorate with pumpkin flower and epazote.
