Lemon and Tofu Cream

Rich lemon cream, tofu and cold pineapple. It is perfect to start the meal on a hot day. It's a different and delicious option that you can prepare to surprise everyone at home. Prepare it and share it.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of yellow lemon zest
  • 60 milliliters of yellow lemon juice
  • 120 milliliters of honey
  • 350 grams of tofu soft, firm or extra firm
  • 150 grams of pineapple

    Preparation

    Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey and tofu in a blender until you obtain a smooth puree.
    Divide the silky lemon cream evenly between four bowls, glasses or glasses of service.
    Decorate each portion with a little of the pineapple. Keep the portions refrigerated until ready to serve.
