Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams mushroom
  • 20 grams vegetable butter
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 liter chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream

Preparation

Cook the potatoes.
Peel and wash the mushrooms.
Cook the mushrooms with the potatoes.
Let the chicken broth boil for 15 minutes and then add the potatoes and mushrooms.
Add the cream and the chicken stock with potatoes and mushrooms to the blender and liquefy it until a thick consistency is obtained.
Heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes and go.
