Preparation
Cut the squash, onion and pore into medium pieces. Cook in a pot with oil until soft.
Pass the vegetable to the blender and add the fresh parsley, the chile serrano and the chicken consommé. Add Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry.
Return the preparation to the pot, and cover and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Add salt, pepper and soy milk. Mix until everything is well incorporated and let cook for 10 minutes more.
Add the corn kernels and serve.
