Lower the flame and add 1 package of Manchego Singles® cheese slices, mixing very well to prevent sticking and ensure quick blending. Add half a package of American Singles® cheese, stirring constantly until fully combined. Season with chicken bouillon and nutmeg. Serve very hot and accompanied by croutons.
