Bread paste with cream and spices with chili sautéed in olive oil and turkey breast. This emerald pasta recipe will delight you.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 200 grams of bow tie pasta
  • 200 milliliters of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 300 grams of Turkey breast
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of spices
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken consommé

Preparation

Boil a 1/2 tablespoon of salt in boiling water and then add the pasta. Let cook for 10 minutes as this list cools and reserves.
You will fry in a pan over medium heat a pinch of oregano, a pinch of crushed huajillo chili, 1chile of tree, 1 garlic filleted with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the turkey breast into medium-sized pieces with a thick cut and sauté everything in the pan with the spices.
In the blender mix the cream with 1 cup of water and the chicken broth grinds and then add to the pan with spices let boil for a few minutes turn off and mix the pasta with the extra in the pan and go.

PRESENTATION

It can be served cold or hot.

You can add nutmeg when frying.
