Preparation
In a container with water at normal temperature, soak the beans for 30 min. After that time, rinse the beans and rinse the beans 3 more times.
In a saucepan with water, boil the beans for about 2 hours. with a little baking so they cook faster and move constantly to avoid sticking.
Cut the tomato, onion, cilantro and garlic into small pieces and fry everything in a pan with a little olive oil.
Once the soft beans are ready, add the vegetable from the pan to the broth, season, wait 20 min. and serve in bowls adding a drizzle of olive oil.
