Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cubes Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 cup chickpea, cooked, without salt
  • 1 cup lentil, cooked, without salt
  • 1 cup pea, cleansed
  • 1 cup soybean sprouts
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons Margarine Chantilly® Spring Without Salt
  • 3 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat melt the Spring Chantilly® Margarine Without Salt and acitronar the onion along with the garlic. Add the lentils, chickpea and peas.
Pour the water, bring to a boil and dissolve the cubes of Knorr® Broth Flavor Res.
Cook for 5 minutes over high heat. Remove from heat. Add and integrate the germ of soy and alfalfa. Rest for 2 minutes and serve.
