Preparation
Sauté the bacon to release the fat and add the onion, carrot, pore, garlic, celery and leave a few minutes.
Add the lentils, chili, potato, thyme, bay leaf, ham bone and consome and leave on soft fire to make everything very smooth, about 45 minutes.
Add the wine and season with salt and pepper, remove the bay leaf and ham bone (remove all the meat you have).
