In a skillet, fry the bacon and use that same fat to fry the onion alongside it for 5 minutes. For La Moderna® macaroni and cheese, boil 3 ½ cups of water (800 ml) in a pot, add the pasta, the cheese packet, and stir. Let it boil uncovered for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the bacon and onion and stir.
