Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast, in strips
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • chicken soup, natural
  • 250 grams Portobello mushroom, or mushrooms
  • 50 grams celery, (1 branch)
  • 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
  • 3 slices ginger, (root)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, of soy
  • 1/4 tablespoons dry pepper, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 4 cambray onions, chopped

Preparation

Boil the chicken with a coriander branch.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the broth and set aside.
Chop the mushrooms, celery and garlic.
Place the chicken stock, water, mushrooms or mushrooms, celery, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, crushed chillies in a saucepan and bring them to a boil.
Once the boiling stock, lower the flame and cover.
Cook over medium heat while working with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the chicken slices in a bowl and stir with a little oil and sesame seeds. Reserve.
Mix the cornstarch and the vinegar in another bowl and set aside.
Raise the temperature of the pan to medium-high and let it boil again.
Add the chicken and let it boil again.
Add the mixture of corn starch and vinegar.
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until the broth thickens a little, about 3 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the soup with onions cambray and cilantro in the center.

TIPS

Accompany it with steamed rice with vegetables and a touch of soy sauce.
