Preparation
Mix in a large bowl the cheese, tomato, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season to taste. Refrigerate while we prepare the pasta.
Heat the water and add the onion, salt and garlic clove. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions (10 to 13 minutes) Drain and let cool.
Remove the salad that we refrigerate and add the basil leaves and the paste, stir gently.
We serve the pasta and we can add one or two tablespoons of oil with vinegar to each dish.
