Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped into pieces of 1 x 1 cm

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper
  • 2 liters Water
  • 400 grams penne pasta, The modern

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 twigs basil

Preparation

Mix in a large bowl the cheese, tomato, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season to taste. Refrigerate while we prepare the pasta.
