Delicious caprese pasta very easy to prepare and healthy. The combination of tomato, cheese and basil gives a touch of freshness is ideal for hot season.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 100 grams of fresh mozzarella cheese chopped into pieces of 1 x 1 cm
  • 2 tomatoes poached and cut in eighths
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt and pepper
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 400 grams of penne pasta The modern
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 twigs of basil

Preparation

Mix in a large bowl the cheese, tomato, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season to taste. Refrigerate while we prepare the pasta.
Heat the water and add the onion, salt and garlic clove. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions (10 to 13 minutes) Drain and let cool.
Remove the salad that we refrigerate and add the basil leaves and the paste, stir gently.
We serve the pasta and we can add one or two tablespoons of oil with vinegar to each dish.

TIPS

You can also use cherry tomatoes in half.
