Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 onion, medium, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste, 1/2 tube
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/3 cups wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cups chicken soup
  • 1 can tomtato, in cubes (800 g)
  • 2 chicken breasts, or boneless and skinless thighs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package bow tie pasta, The modern
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

In a microwave bowl add the onion with the garlic, the tomato paste, the basil and the olive oil. Mix and bake for 5 minutes. Stop the oven approximately every 90 seconds and stir a little. The mixture will look doughy and weird, but do not worry, everything will be fine.
Pass the mixture to the slow cooker and add the broth, tomatoes and chicken. Season to taste and stir. Cover the pot and cook in Low for 4 or 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked and soft.
Remove the chicken and crumble it. Put it back in the pot and add the moñitos, the spinach, the Parmesan cheese and the cream. It is very important that the cream is warm, because it could be cut if you add it cold.
Return to cover the pot and cook 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pasta is ready.
Serve and enjoy.

TIPS

You can use fresh or frozen spinach. Use as many as you want to color your soup. You can serve with a little Parmesan cheese. If it is too thick, you can add a little more broth at the end of the cooking.
