Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, large; 10 cups water; 2 cloves garlic; 1 onion, cut into quarters; 1 onion, medium chopped; 2 tablespoons corn oil; 2 tomatoes, medium, peeled and chopped; 1 bell pepper, chopped; 6 lime, sliced; 6 corn tortillas, cut into strips and fried; 1 package fideo pasta

Boil the chicken in water with garlic, onion, and salt to taste; once cooked, set aside, let it cool, and shred it. Strain the broth and set it aside. Sauté the chopped onion in oil, add the pasta, tomato, bell pepper, and season well. Add the broth and half of the lime slices, letting it boil for 10 minutes.
