Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice panela cheese
  • 1 serrano chile, sliced
  • 1/2 cups noodle pasta
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Blend onion, garlic and 3 tomatoes in half a liter of water.
Fry the pasta for 10 minutes over low heat. Add the sauce.
Serve and decorate with panela cheese, chile serrano and cherry tomatoes, which is the flag of Mexico.
